Arzin Poyesh Asal is Iran's first knowledge-based company designing and manufacturing automated imaging systems for industrial furnaces and grate coolers.
Founded in Urmia, West Azerbaijan, Arzin Poyesh Asal set out to solve a problem heavy industry had long lived with: no way to see inside a running kiln without stopping it. Our engineers designed the Arzin HDT system to change that — combining heat-resistant optics, automated positioning and intelligent software into a single platform that keeps plant managers informed in real time. Today, that same platform protects cement, steel, glass and metal-processing lines in Iran and abroad, backed by a growing range of industrial equipment and spare parts built to the same standard.
From a single grate cooler line to an exporting, patented technology company.
Our team designed and implemented the first automatic imaging system for a grate cooler line at a cement factory — proving the concept in the harshest conditions in the plant.
The core Arzin HDT imaging technology received official patent registration.
Arzin Poyesh Asal was officially recognized as a knowledge-based enterprise and established its base at the West Azerbaijan Science & Technology Park.
Our technical team developed a PLC-driven automatic gearbox replacement device for Volvo BM540 dump trucks, expanding our engineering capability beyond imaging.
A next-generation version of the imaging system was installed and successfully commissioned on a cement kiln line.
Arzin systems began shipping beyond Iran's borders, reaching customers in Egypt, Oman, India, Serbia and the Caucasus region — with Europe next on the roadmap.
To monitor and optimize high-temperature industrial processes through indigenous imaging technology — reducing unplanned downtime, preventing equipment failure and improving product quality for cement, steel, glass and metal producers.
To become the leading name in industrial imaging and process-monitoring technology — proving that indigenous, knowledge-based engineering can compete on the global stage.
Certified as a Knowledge-Based Enterprise, operating from the West Azerbaijan Science & Technology Park under Iran's Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy framework.
Since 2024 (1403), Arzin systems have been exported beyond Iran, with a growing footprint and European expansion on the roadmap.
